App errors when browsing in InPrivate or Incognito mode

If you're using Intellischool Analytics in an InPrivate or Incognito browser window, some requests may fail. Additionally, the Creator tool may not function at all in a browser's privacy mode.

This is due to the complex requirements surrounding cross-domain cookies, and various browsers' implementations of cookie security. Intellischool Analytics uses a number of cross-domain services to ensure data sovereignty is maintained for clients.

To avoid these issues, ensure that you always use Intellischool Analytics in a standard browser window. Intellischool recommends the use of Google Chrome (v84 or later) or Microsoft Edge (v79 'Anaheim' or later).
