To support Intellischool in delivering its Services, Intellischool may engage third party service providers to assist Intellischool with its data processing activities.
When we work with these service providers in our capacity as a data processor, the third-party service provider is a sub-processor of Intellischool (“Sub-processor”). Please refer to the Sub-processor List for more information.
Intellischool currently leverages cloud infrastructure from four main providers:

- Google Cloud Platform; and
- Microsoft Azure.
This page provides a comprehensive list of where data will be stored by default depending on the region that our clients choose to setup their tenancy in. Clients may choose to migrate to an alternative region by contacting their Intellischool reseller or the Intellischool support team.
It is important to note that while the aforementioned Sub-processors store and process our clients' critical data, there are some additional Sub-processors that may be utilised for other services. An example of this is sending SMS messages to caregiver(s) of an absent student. Refer to the Sub-processor List for other Sub-processors that may be used.
Our business needs may change from time to time. For example, we may deprecate a Sub-processor to consolidate and minimise our use of Sub-processors. Similarly, we may add a Sub-processor if we believe that doing so will enhance our ability to deliver our Services. We will periodically update this page to reflect additions and removals to our list of Sub-processors and their associated data processing locations. Depending on the jurisdiction in which your Intellischool tenancy resides, your data is stored and processed in different locations in accordance with the applicable data sovereignty requirements.
