Restricting visibility of pastoral record types inside Learner Indicators

This feature will allow you to restrict the visibility of particular pastoral records viewable inside the Learner Indicators area to certain groups of staff.

You may have spotted the ability to view individual student pastoral records inside the Learner Indicators 'Quick insights' cards, as pictured below. 

Administrators can restrict visibility of these pastoral records by configuring permissions inside the 'Users and permissions' area of Intellischool Settings by following the below steps.

Step 1) Click on the 'Users and permissions' button inside Settings, and switch to the 'Permission sets' tab.

Step 2) Either click the dark purple button to 'Create permission set', or click the three dots to the right-hand side of an existing permission set and choose 'Edit'.

Step 3) At the bottom of this pop-up window, you'll see an area labelled 'Restrict access', where you can nominate all applicable pastoral record types that should be hidden from the groups and/or individual staff nominated at the top of the pop-up window.

Step 4) Remember to click 'Save' once finished to ensure your changes are applied.
