Data retention and deletion

Intellischool retains data as required by our customers, and guarantees data deletion within 30 days in the event of a contract termination.

Intellischool systems will retain data for as long as requested by our clients, subject to fair use of storage space. For example, a current customer may want to store and analyse data from 30 years ago; as this data is the property of the customer, the retention period is defined by the applicable regulation and legal frameworks for the customer, therefore it can be stored on Intellischool systems.

In the event of contract termination, by any party, Intellischool guarantees data deletion within 30 days.

Customers may request certification of data deletion at the time of contract termination, which will be provided within 7 days of the data deletion taking place.
