      Firewall whitelisting for Intellischool Analytics

      Intellischool Analytics may require some domains to be whitelisted when using certain firewalls.

      While the majority of clients will not need to make firewall changes to use the Analytics web app, in some cases our support team may recommend whitelisting certain Intellischool domains.

      The following list details the services that may need to be whitelisted on network firewalls. If you are using a vanity domain (e.g. analytics.myschool.edu) you will also need to ensure that domain is whitelisted.

      [.*]intellischool.id 443 GET, POST, PUT, WebSockets
      [.*]intellischool.net 443 GET, POST, PUT, WebSockets
      [your-vanity-domain] 443 GET, POST, PUT, WebSockets

      ➡️ Retired domains

      If your school is using Analytics v23.6 or later, you can safely remove the following domains from your firewall whitelists:

      • app.albitros.com
      • analytics.intellischool.cloud
      • analytics.intellischool.dev
      • analytics.intellischool.xyz
