Syncing your External Data Sources

How to get your external results into your Intellischool dashboards

📊 ACER

 

  • Head to 'Settings' > 'Data sources' >'Manual'

  • You'll then see a dark purple 'Sync' button next to ACER - clicking this will prompt you to enter your credentials.

    • 🚨 Before doing this, we strongly encourage you to check that your credentials are correct by logging into the ACER OARS portal here - this will help to avoid any delays caused by incorrect login details.

    • Your School ID is the school name as it appears in the ACER Oars URL after the forward slash / (eg, your-school-name)

The Intellischool system matches students' results by Student ID. It is important that the Student ID in Acer matches the Student ID used in your SIS.

📊 AAS/Allwell

Much the same as Acer!

  • Head to 'Settings' > 'Data sources' >'Manual'

  • You'll then see a dark purple 'Sync' button next to AAS/Allwell - clicking this will prompt you to enter your credentials.

    • 🚨 Before doing this, we strongly encourage you to check that your credentials are correct by logging into the AAS Reporting portal here - this will help to avoid any delays caused by incorrect login details.

    • Your school ID is the same as Acer (eg, your-school-name)

Important notes:

☝️Intellischool does not store credentials for any of our manual sync external data sources. This means each time the school completes a new round of testing, you will need to sync again. 

When to contact us:

  • You'd like to discuss licensing another external data source
  • Your sync status appears stuck in processing 
  • Your sync status shows that the sync has failed
  • After 24-48 hours, your external results are not displaying in the dashboards
