Troubleshooting your browser for Intellischool Analytics

Having trouble with accessing or using your Intellischool Analytics? Give these initial troubleshooting steps a try.

Below are a few steps you can try to resolve issues with accessing Intellischool Analytics.

➡️ Are you using Google Chrome?

For the best experience with Intellischool Analytics, we recommend using Google Chrome, and we recommend checking that you're using the most recent version of the browser. You'll find a guide on how to update your Google Chrome here.

➡️ Have you enabled third-party cookies?

You'll need to make sure that third-party cookies are enabled on your Google Chrome to be able to use Intellischool Analytics. You'll find a guide on how to enable these here.

➡️ Have you cleared your cache?

Clearing your cache inside Google Chrome can help to resolve access issues. You'll find a guide on how to clear your cache here.

➡️ Have you tried logging in and out?

Whether you're accessing Intellischool Analytics from inside your LMS (e.g. SIMON or Schoolbox), or you're accessing via intellischool.app, please make sure you've tried logging in and out. 

➡️ Are you using 'Incognito' mode?

We have a separate article here about possible errors you may encounter in Incognito mode.

➡️ Are you using an iPad?

Unfortunately, Intellischool Analytics isn't currently compatible with iOS browsers. 

➡️ Have you tried logging in using a different computer?

To rule out an issue with your own device/browser, please try logging in using a different computer with Google Chrome.
